Possible to do hard math/physics on ketogenic diet?

Do you know any people that do that?
>>

Any diet is fine as long as your iq is high enough (160 master race reporting in)
>>
>>8073641
unless medically required, keto is fucking stupid
>>
>>8073657
except if your IQ becomes 100 after 2 hours of math
>>
I'm on a PSMF diet right now, which is an extremely low calorie diet and impossible to do properly without going into ketosis. It makes me into a fucking retard. I had an exam where i scored 50% while my average grade for that course was 90%. I reviewed it when i was on my diet break and it was like i was checking someone else's work.

If i take enough caffeine i'm able to sort of function, but goddamn do you appreciate sugar when you're off it.

Lost 9kg in 2 weeks tho waddup

nano-naps(TM) are the answer
also don't drink coffee it just makes you feel stressed and stupid.

Studying is great on ketosis. My concentration doesn't falter and I feel slightly more motivated than without it. I think it's probably due to the cortisol flowing in your blood. You're in a mild state of 'stress' but it doesn't really feel like it.

I function great on carb deprivation, but your experience may vary. Everyone has different physiological chemistry so others may not do so well.

>being in a constant state of high cortisol levels

ketofags are this stupid
>>
>>8073748

I obviously don't go into month-long bouts of glucose deprivation. At most two weeks. The short-term effects of cortisol are well understood and proven beneficial.

It's indicated for epileptics, bipolars, TBIs, etc who need to dampen down their neuronal activity. Not something a normal person wants to do.

the brain needs fuel
carbs and fat

I did a paleo diet once, and I struggled sometimes to focus
I might have fucked myself up because I didn't know what I was doing
>>
>>8073701
>a PSMF diet

probably wasn't in ketosis, low calories is not enough
>>
>>8073641
The first week was difficult, after that it was much better than with carbs. Remember to take your electrolytes so you don't feel like shit during the transition.

I dropped 70lbs in 7 months, effortlessly.
>>
Why would you want a keto diet? It's based on pseudoscience. Are you an astrologist as well?
>>
>>8075046
>It's based on pseudoscience.
That's bullshit. See >>8073766
>>
>>8075212
I was referring to the parts that aren't used medically, the ones who claim certain things about the diet that made it popular are using BS claims. The same kind of pseudoscience seen from marijuana and gluten-free diet enthusiasts.
