Any of you retards discovered meditation yet?
Been doing it for 3 weeks now, definitely find it easier to get focused and calm.
I'd suggest learning both transcendental and mindful. Both come in handy at different times, depending on how you're feeling and how you want to feel.

I meditate once a day, but i do it before i go to bed.

Perhaps, it would depend what the study was looking for.
I prefer doing it in the morning and afternoon, helps with mood and staying in flow state.

It's nice. I have been doing it for 2 month now. I don't see much differences with the rest of my life but I like the way I feel at then end of it.
