Whatever font I want it to be. I can download whatever fonts I need and add them to my collection of fonts on the computer. The graphics can be made in photoshop, columns can be created, etc. I have done this in the past.

true, but the only problem with this is that it can't be edited by anyone else without photoshop, and the knowledge to use it.

before you get all "nobody should be editing my paper other than me so what does it matter" on me, OP said document, which means it could be something that potentially needs to be shared with others, or even an entire department.

This is why during my internship, I made a baller ass data flow diagram that was qt10/10 in photoshop, just to have my supervisor be like "can you just put it in MS visio so we can make whatever changes?
