Anybody good at math like to help with a geocache puzzle? Unsolved for >5 years, and the guy who made it died. I'm terrible at math, so I feel like I could be missing something easy.
I'll post what I have.

The pictures are listed from 0-9, and the images he posted to the page are images 3,0,1,2,6- unpictured on the page- 4,5,7,8,9
I've taken numbers to work with from the image dimentions as some of them are weird- as uploaded to the site from 0-9:
I've looked at converting base 10 to 64, converting coordinates from digital to wsg84, utm, etc. wsg84 is the most commonly used format for the hobby, but I feel like this solution involves something else

is a great map that allows you to switch between coordinate types for an idea of numerical ranges.
A two mile radius is the usual distance allowed from a puzzle's given location
