What is so interesting about this?

Biological anomaly. Provides insight into life extension/cryogenic sleep.

it's a miracle. it comes back to life from dead just like it says. this is the power of science
>>
>>7805441
This really isn't unusual. Fish adapted for cold ocean water basically have automotive antifreeze in their blood. Their tissue doesn't get shredded with ice crystals when they freeze through like people do.
>>
>>7805441
many fish have natural anti-freeze

it never died when it 'froze'
>>
If you faggots bothered to get out of the house once in a while you might know this is completely normal. If you go fishing and don't feel like cleaning your fish when you take them out of the water, you can throw them straight into a cooler of ice and do it at home without ruining the fish. Many times I will get them home, stick them in the freezer, and gut them a few days later. When I thaw them out they frequently wake up and I have to kill them in my kitchen before proceeding.

it probably was not frozen for very long.
here's another more complete video:

Been fishing all my life and this has never happened

Yeah, that's never happened to me either, even with anti-freeze fish like arctic greyling.

Not that it can't happen, I guess, but I'm pretty sure the fish is dead after I keep it in a bucket of snow where it suffocates for several hours.

This happens to me almost any time I catch trout, carp, or catfish.

Yeahhh that's one alive-looking fish you got there, listing around the bucket like it's got brain damage. This is just a hard look at what your sad existence might be like if you manage to survive being frozen and thawed out again.
