The software is run on their computers, not yours, and then supplied to you through the website. Your computer has no access to the program itself unless you actually go and hack into their server.

It's stored on their server. If you can get the admin right to access their source/packages you can clone it to your computer.
However, you are probably not able to do so because it is not easy.

Is the software run entirely in your browser e.g. javascript applet or does it run at all on the server? if the latter (most likely) then you won't be able to copy it but you may be able to emulate it if you can write software (but I'm guessing you can't). there is a good chance there is freeware out there that can do the same thing which you can download for free.
