Basically an oil made from the cannabis plant. It is super concentrated THC, probably like 70-90%. You take it by putting some on extremely hot metal and inhaling it. DO NOT try it if you haven't "dabbed" before and don't have a high tolerance because you will get extremely, uncomfortably high
