Much of Western Europe is fairly liberal and many chemicals can be bought legally over the counter.

Narcotics, on the other hand, is different, even in NL. Admittedly that bookshelf alone will get you arrested in a few countries.

What the fuck are you going to research in a home lab? I am all for the lone basement inventor but chemistry is pretty done and dusted at the levels which an amateur can take part. You will be wasting your time on reactions that were known 200 years ago.

No, I am not. I spent too many years in uni and outside to learn the skills I use to even think of risking it all with dubious chemicals and far out electrical stimulation.

I know it is being tried and I read articles on it but that does not mean I plan to do so myself.
