burn in so you don't burn out. When you feel like you can't study anymore, force yourself to study harder. Otherwise you'll just end up putting it off.
By going out and drinking with friends twice a week. The best part is, because my friends also study various STEM subjects we always end up getting into drunken arguments about different topics in science. You should try it, it's fun
