how do I improve my ability to visualize things in my mind's

practice. start by thinking of a colored square. when you can do that upgrade to a grid of four different colors, rotate it around and flip it and other fun stuff like that. when you can do that successflly then imagine a cube with different colors on every side and rotate that around in your mind, making sure to keep the colors in the right spots. After that it's stuff like doing a Rubik cube in your head
