Did you know that in san francisco, california, it's a fineable offense to pave over your front lawn in order to make more parking space?
It's only legal if you paved over the lawn prior to 2002, but you would have to prove it was like that before the law was put into place.
So if you comply and restore your lawn as per the law, you'll get another ticket for wasting water by watering your lawn.
And if you do the logical thing and let the grass dry up, you'll get another ticket for uglifying your property and letting the grass rot.
Also you'll get another ticket if you park your car on your new dried up dirt bed.
