The only people I'm ever seen care about this thing are HR managers, who seem to read about it in a magazine one day, then run around the office insisting that everyone take it. And then, when you take it, they print out a new name tag/door placard/whatever and invite everyone to a meeting and talk about how understanding ourselves is going to make the company more productive.
This has happened to me several times now and the only thing I ever get out of it is confusion over why I have a name tag anyway - seriously, there are like 15 people in the company, none of us interact with customers face-to-face, and we know each other anyway.
