While technically portals cannot move without disappearing instantaneously, it still is an interesting question. I am no scientist though, I am a lettered lady but I am not a portal physicist.

Assuming the portal could move properly, I believe it'd be A, the portal would be moving fast, the cube, however, would not.

But the implications of a portal moving without being re-fired would likely cause something completely different to happen, perhaps the exit portal would gain some new property that it did not formerly display. However, I am merely a bibliophile, it is not my place to say.
