Well I ate "breakfast" around 4:00 AM when I woke up. It's about 11:31 AM and I already ate lunch and dinner so I don't think I'll be eating my next breakfast for a few hours. Thanks for the reminder though sometimes I forget lole...

one time i didn't eat for almost three days straight and i developed really bad diarrhea.

i literally went to the bathroom like twelve times in day one of my dilemma and pooped so much that by the fourth time i pooped my shit was liquid. it lasted two days and i couldn't even sleep at night because i constantly got the shits.

how i got rid of it was by taking multivitamins, and eating a bit more. electrolyte solution helped a bit too.

a few years ago i used to almost never eat and i got hypoglycemia a lot. now im a fat fuck tho, and i get hypoglycemia if i go even half a day without eating
