you're hurting it so thats obviously not nice, but for each head cut off two nice girls grow back so you're bringing more niceness into the world by cutting off heads

Cutting a head off is rude, which counters niceness. So you end up with the same amount of niceness regardless how how many heads you cut off.

It's morally neutral.
