And the salalad is cucumber, arugula, babby spinach, san marzano tomatoes and chevre type goat cheese, dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil ^o^

Gr8 dubbel! The beans took about 4 hrs but I cooked them yesterday. The rice about 30 min but I cooked it two days ago. Today I spent about 40 min cooking most of that time was the bell peppers they take a while to get soft. The fish and spinach cook really fast

Nice dubs. I honestly cannot understand wtf you're trying to say. What's a shuggas? I don't taste food excessively while cooking but anything with a sauce I'll take a small test for seasoning when it's almost done. Sometimes I'll adjust. Most things need no checking cuz I tend to season most things with just a pinch of salt and a few cracks of pepper. It's impossible to get wrong as long as the basic ingredient is good.

Whole foods has these dope leaf-shaped mints but last time I got them they were gone in a few days cause they're so addictive and not very minty. Green tea flavor I believe. Better off with some SPRY gum for a quick spry-up of your breath good as new.
