[s4s], my dog just passed away. Been carrying it to the vet for a week and a half trying to cure its shaking and vomiting. Then the dog got very weak and just collapsed in front of me 30 min ago. So now I don't have anyone to take long walks with or play ball with. I don't know why I took my time to make this post but [s4s] has been the comfiest board for me and I thought that putting this here would be kind of my call for help. But here. ily anons.

Fucking shame people love their pets and the pet food contains gmos and toxic garbage that makes them get cancer, a myriad of ailments, heart attacks, and sudden death. we ran out of good non gmo cat food one day a couple years back and my wife picked up a little bag of purina and gave our cat a meal and his lips turned blue & he went into convusions and died. Prior to that he was in perfect health. Think I'm full of shit? This garbage KILLS pets dead.
FUCK these companies that sell "food" and indoctrinate the veterinary system.
SOrry for your loss. Please research food for your next pet and don't ask your vet what to feed him.

That was a really nice post. Honestly, I only bought the foods the vet said are good for my dog and more healthy than others. She also told me not to feed it anything much when its in the bad state of vomiting or shaking, just water and maybe a little bit of bread soaked in water.
He seemed fine until like 2 days ago when he started vomiting some green mush and what I guessed were bird feathers. So yeah. I kept my dog healthy until it decided to eat a fucking bird I guess.
