i told you already we just had a misunderstanding. here this is the actual story just so we can confirm that we know each other.

When I was in my early 20's I started having this problem that I later found out was fucking gout. Before I knew what it was and how to deal with it, my knees and ankles would swell up to ridiculous levels and I wouldn't be able to walk and it would be extremely painful to live. So, one time I was living at this apartment that was on the 4th floor of an 8 story building. I got the gout pretty bad at one point and had to walk around on crutches and it was very painful and terrible. So, I had gone to the doctor one day and he offered me painkillers. I don't actually like or use painkillers so I didn't really want or need them, but this friend of mine, one of his other obsessions was opiates. But unlike many other addicts he found a way to control it and never got out of control but if you had pills he would buy them every time. So I figured it was a decent way to make a few bucks because I couldn't work and I was getting low on money and I could help him out because he likes drugs. So I told him about it and he said he'd come over to buy some from me that night. He came over later and in order for me to let him in the building, I had to walk all the way down to the lobby and let him in the front door (we didn't have any system that could buzz people in) so that was extremely terrible for me but I figured I was sacrificing so I could make a few bucks and eat. So he came up and we went into my room and i was like well what's up and he then informs me that he doesn't have any money and that he just wants some pills and he'll pay me back later. In any other instance, I would have probably been cool with it. However on this particular occassion I was already very stressed out and this was sort of the thing that made me lose it because in my head I was like okay I made it downstairs and back....

and the whole thing for me was like I put myself through all this pain to help you out and to help myself out and it's essentially just to help you out and I get nothing out of it and I have to put myself through more excruciating pain later just to get the money I assumed i'd get now... Now this is fairly petty stuff and I realize it while typing this, but at the time my mind was very frustrated and whatever, so I kind of started being an asshole about it. I was like what the fuck dude why did you make me do this for nothing.. And it took him by surprise. I sent him a message on AIM later that night where I apologized for acting like a dick and that is the last time we ever spoke. Neither of us made the effort to get in contact with the other after that and it's probably for the best. i had a weird history with that guy.

it was disastrous on a personal level. it was just a short story i wrote for a creative writing class in college. i had the idea to write a zombie story that would involve every person in the class and they would all end up getting brutally murdered. i had nothing against the people in that class, i thought they were all pretty lovely people, so i didn't want to do that story unless they were cool with it. so, i asked the entire class if they'd be alright with me writing a story where they all got brutally murdered by zombies and each other. every person agreed and thought it was a good idea. so i don't know if you've taken a creative writing course but it involves a lot of critiqueing and opinion stating. so basically you write the story, email a copy to the professor and then he emails the class. the class then has to read your story and say what was good or bad about it, okay. so we would spend an entire class on only two peoples' stories at a time, so a long period of time was dedicated to discussing this story which was the worst part but... basically i wrote the shit out of it and i thought i had a good idea at first but as i kept going i kept getting less and less interested and by the time it was done i thought it was embarrassing shit and i didn't even want to turn it in, but i had no choice because i couldn't write another 11 page story in 4 hours. so i just wasn't happy with it and then the response i got from half the class was not bad, and the other half was like i think they didn't realize that i was going to brutally murder them and that some personal obvservations might get in there... it was messy. i tried to be brave and do something ridiculous and it was just awkward and terrible. great learning experience
