Urine is sterile. It's the fact that it causes a pH imbalance that makes it potentially harmful to get into your orifices, as pH imbalances can lead to things like yeast infection. Urine is only unsterilized by contact with external sources (your dirty foreskin or a woman's dirty vaginal layers) or by contamination due to poor health (blood in your urine due to kidney problems).
