im sorry ive actually been a trucker before, its a lonely job, 10/10 meal m8 do you do regional or ltl dedicated or random otr shit i did ltl for a long time with a codriver but he got us kicked off for always being a lazy fuck and stoping too often and never waking up on time, so they put me on my own truck as a rescue driver and i got tired of the consignees bitching about me being late when i literally had no choice but to take late loads i eventually got a gig as a dump truck driver for a demo company but lost my license to a DUI

There are two different chorizos... The Mexican one and the Spanish one. They are both colored red with paprika but the Spanish one is a hard sausage, like salami, the Mexican one is loose.
OP pic isn't chorizo it's some other kind of smoked sausage that they usually have at barbecue places idk the right name for it.
