drake and josh, it's the best anime I've ever seen

pic related it's drake and josh "brothers from another mother". They are often at odds with each other and approach life very differently but as they face the challenges of adolescence together they form a brotherly bond especially since they must do battle with their arch nemesis and avoid her evil plots. Her name is Megan and she always seems to be one step ahead of them but through their brotherly bonds and youthful misadventures they find a way to survive her wrath.

I can't recommend this anime enough tbh
