In the 1941 film "Sullivan's Travels", a filmmaker known for his comedy films decides to make an epic of human drama, called "O Brother Where Art Thou", an adaptation of a book (which never existed outside of that film) which was apparently some kind of Upton Sinclair-like thing. As he travelled around the U.S., though, the filmmaker found that what Americans of 1941 actually wanted was light-hearted comedy to take their minds off their troubles. So, returning to his studio, he does that.
Given the setting of O Brother, Where Art Thou?, I find this an impossible coincidence. I wonder, did the Coen brothers ever fancifully imagine that their film would be the one Sullivan made?
Nope. The oats are mine! Nothing personnel, piggo.

What about those dubs? Are they yours alone, or will you share them?

Dubs are for all. Even Taco Kid and other rudeposters, I regret.
