You know what's a really serious modern problem we could be talking about? Suicide, and it's not because people have fucked too many people and then they get sad about all the people they've fucked. It's because they have untreated depression. Untreated because they don't feel like they can talk about it, particularly males. They don't let anyone know or reach out and then one day they off themselves. If you want you can try to say that their depression is based on all that casual sex, but given that you just said everyone is trying to "stave off" the inevitable death from HIV and Hep that would ring sort of hollow at this point.
Once again, these are problems, but you're blowing them out of proportion and not even talking about the right ones.
