I don't get this, can I trust this 4chan Thread Filter?
It's on http:// userscripts .org/scripts/show/33916 and some Anons say, they use it to hide spam, et cetera.
But, I was lurking for some comments on other sites and they say, it's probably malware. Please, I don't really know, what's true, that's why I ask for serious answers.

Update: Also, how might I install this, because I don't have Greasemonkey yet?
