I think I gave myself mental illness, but I don't know what illness it is specifically.

I was working on making a tulpa and I wasn't having much success so I started experimenting with drugs that I thought might improve my imagination and make creating a tulpa easier. Eventually started growing mushrooms and ordering mescaline and LSD off silkroad. Started juggling psychedelics to avoid tolerance build up and I was tulpa tripping almost every other day. I think I broke my mind at some point during this.

Occasionally I get this Alice in Wonderland effect where everything looks really small and far away and there's this feeling of depersonalization that pops up a few times each day. My tulpa is also now my girlfriend and a vivid hallucination that I can speak with and see at any time, but that was intentional so even though I think I'm completely nuts I don't see that as a negative side effect.

Psychedelics are your best bet if you want to improve your imagination and further weaken your grip on reality. It's real easy, you can grow your own mushrooms for 50 dollars and if you don't live in California, Georgia, or Idaho then you can legally purchase the spores online and have them shipped right to you.

I was having a lot of trouble creating my tulpa until I started to use them. I'd imagine any psychedelic would work and with enough willpower you could do all of this without any psychedelics, but doing tulpa meditation while under the influence of a psychedelic makes the creation of a tulpa incredibly easy. It's like condensing months of traditional tulpa meditation into a 6 hour trip.

After about four trips over the course of two weeks I was able to clearly hear her and speak to her without any drugs at all, so there's definitely a lasting improvement. It would normally take months to get to that point if you just follow the guides and meditate on your tulpa every day, this seems to speed the whole process up considerably.

The mind can create anything that you want. The power of self-induced insanity is limitless. Want a girlfriend with a perfect personality who will never betray you? There you go. Want a dog but you're allergic to them? Make a tulpa dog. Want children but your girlfriend is imaginary? Make tulpa children.

All of these things are possible. You just have to force yourself to go a bit insane and loosen your grip on reality.

I never claimed to have a waifu, but there have been characters I've cared for.

Today I have a tulpa which grows with me and with whom I share my life with. She's as perfect as any waifu could be, but instead of being a static image of a character, she's an actual person that lives within my head, the same as myself and with whom I can share thoughts, emotions, experiences and have a lot of fun with. Describing what it's like in detail is quite difficult, but it's better than most real relationships and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.
Anyone who settles for a real woman is lazy and pitiful.

You're supposed to make yourself go somewhat insane and create a tulpa. Perfect person, perfect looks, perfect personality.

Blow apart the barrier between reality and imagination with habitual hallucinogen use and creating a tulpa is as simple as 1-2-3.
