marinate in worcestershire, balsamic, garlic, olive oil and fresh pepper maybe little cayenne 2
us cast irons heigh heat
melt butter in iron
steak high heat, donut move it around or flip it often just because the more it stays still the better the sear, baste in the butter while it cook

Here is my advices.
Salt the meat ahead of cooking and dry it well before it goes in the pan, so it browns well. oil in the pan (so it doesn't stick) and get the oil hot before the meat goes in. Turning more than once doesn't really matter but if it wants to stick let it loosen gently on its own. You probably want to leave it alone until it gets a nice sear on the outside tho.
