The only reason you're paying out of pocket is because no one is daft enough to donate to your server. It simply isn't that popular or good.
It doesn't matter what community you've created the Minecraft server for. Your server simply doesn't belong on this board. It's on the front page of the server's website. Posting a link to a donation site is a banable offense, and rtg has been banned for that. His solution is to hide his donation behind a "news" page for his server. If rtg truely wasn't soliciting for donations, he would remove the donation tab, and never mention server operation costs to [s4s] or any of the players.

That's both ad hominem and false. I have visited your server expecting an [s4s] themed version of Minecraft, and I was simply mistaken. Adjacent to the spawn area is a number of swastikas, a building the shape of "fuck jews", and even the atrocity that you've posted in the original post. I'll admit, the server is quiet much of the time, but you cannot go one day without the regular player fighting over infantile matters, and spouting /pol/ tier buzzwords at each other. Even the server's website's feature image is a wall of swastikas and "gas the kikes".

I never mentioned that rtg directly begged for money in the original post, but in the original post in there's a link that requests money under a donation tab with the promise of improving his server. And obviously the word "donation" implies it's one's choice to forfeit money to the server admin, but he's still soliciting donations, which is against global rule #11. The reason rtg doesn't directly ask for donations in the thread anymore is because he was banned for it a year ago when he tried it. Nothing has changed since last year other than rtg's cautious nature about soliciting donations.

Esforescraft is on the Minecraft general's server list over at /vg/. That's the only thing that genuinely brings in new players. 90% of s4s already ignores these threads and any newfig on the board who doesn't isn't here to play virtual legos.

Players came in long ago because an autistic memey server was a pretty new idea back then. Nowadays efec is tired and old, and most of the players who actually made the server fun are now gone or barely ever play.

This general had very little to do with [s4s] for many, many months now. The server simply uses [s4s] as its general-dumping ground and namebrand. In reality, very few of the people posting on this general (and I assume, by extension playing on the server) aren't [s4s] regulars.
I visited the server exactly twice: Once like 3 hours after the first thread was made on [s4s], and once roughly about a month ago. It looks like the server is just a general minecraft server, and uses the [s4s] brand merely as a cheap marketing ploy.
