This is all true but comes across as disingenuous because there is a lack of focus on true longevity.

This text is an example of the product of what could be called "human resources marketing." Basically a team put together and hired by CEOs to write and amass volumes of superficial literature to craft an image of what the company's values and ethics *should* be. In today's competitive market, it is enough to say that if there is enough of this literature out there and the company's true sins are hidden well enough, then the text becomes true. What becomes frightening is when CEOs actually believe that this paradigm is a recipe for success and longevity instead of doing the *actual* grueling work of interpreting what all that language means in every sense as it pertains to the market and their employees and then actually exemplifying said dogma.

This happens, perhaps, 1% of the time, but no one really pays any mind because wow look at how much this company is making and wow just look at this volumous and eloquent body of literature they have on their philosophy so it must be true.
