Vespula Mortii (aka the Diamond Fleshburrower Wasp) is a species of wasp which is most infamously known to burrow holes inside human skin/flesh and lay an egg inside each hole. The species is found uncommonly in most countries, but has been rapidly growing in population recently, most likely due to climate change.
The wasp can potentially burrow as many as 400-600 holes in just one night, if the victim is asleep. They manage to do this so quickly and stealthily because they secrete a numbing agent through their saliva. It is not uncommon for a person to have a few eggs already laid inside their flesh before they even notice the wasp.
Once these eggs hatch, the larvae immediately begin consuming the victim's flesh from the inside out, causing prolonged excruciating pain. After around 30 days of feeding and growing, the larvae enter a metamorphic state and will hatch into another generation of wasp within 5-6 days.

No it's real. This also happend to me one time
All I had to do is to stick my hand in the deep depths of my throat, and reach it until the stomach. The acid destroyed the holes and I got some proteins from the eggs. Now I am the strongest man on the earth, I even became black!
