Does reading or writing in public make you look like a prick? Singing in public is very different from all of those. Frankly random singing in public even if it was amazing would still be kinda obnoxious, but I wouldn't be at all perturbed if someone was minding themselves and just drawing or writing, say, on a subway, or something.

One of My friend back in highschool used to draw manga in lunch period and people would come around and have a glimpse at it he was really good. I tried to make him draw some lolis but he was more into boobs
