Seems a bit odd that she has gotten a boob job, I thought that the whole idea of being flexible/contortionist was that you were slim in all areas, and big boobs would be a major hindrance.

Same for me. As long as these tramp stamps are hidden under latex, it's fine. With this image, but also lots of Sway's series, it totally ruins all. Hardware just the same. As an example, Lara Larsen often has a small ring in her nasal septum. Whenever I save a picture, I remove that ring from the image. It's way too distracting and aweful to look at IMO
