Hello, /s/, today I will be sharing some of my collection of pictures of women with amputations or other obviously visible disabilities. Please post any similar pictures, if you have any.
In addition, I will link selections from a side project of mine involving experimental films.
These films are “experimental” in the literal sense of the word(variables, algorithms etc). As such, some may be essentially “unwatchable”.
If you have any insufferably pretentious “friends”, I suggest showing them some of these video clips. Say that it is “avant-garde” of “underground”. Ridicule them, if they “don't get it”. Encourage them to discuss the “deeper meanings” and “hidden symbolism” with other “sophisticated people”.

Frankly, I just find myself wanting to see more. As a photographer I would enjoy the irony of shooting her with replicas of broken greek and roman sculptures. Maybe black and white with a satin cloth and diffuse light. This might also be insensitive and get cause me no end of trouble. :-p

The trick to pulling off something something like that is to invest a good bit of time into maintaining a social relationship with the model before the shoot. Feel out her particular sense of irony by bringing up things like the Venus de Milo and Treasure Island. With any luck, she might have favorite jokes that you wouldn't dare make.
If she feels that the "insensitive" elements are at least partially her idea, the critics will have to deal with her.
