Among the Trobriand in Papua New Guinea to celebrate the Yams (shaped like a penis) so it has a fertility symbolism, the girls (usually teens) go to hunt for guys to rape from other villages. They ambush them and the men have to finish or the girls can humiliate you by peeing on you. Yams apparently do something to the hormones so it makes it difficult to impregnate, so they don't worry about getting pregnant from raping the men as it rarely occurs at all.

I have a HUGE collection of Aboriginal girls, they definitely fit into the indigenous category, but not in terms of the tribal side (traditional dress etc)
