nope, it's still relatively mild (even if it quadrupled for my standards, it's maybe 4 or 5 smokes a day) so i see no reason if it's helping me calm down a bit about things right now.

yeah, exactly. as long as things are happening it's easy to focus on making progress towards that thing and going the right direction.

Yeah normally weekends I eat unless my dad is travelling, then I do OMAD. Weekdays I do IF 16 hour. My dad gets home today at like 5:30 so can do a pretty good fast, then have a normal dinner with him.

i actually made a diet plan now that incorporated IF, going straight back onto that by tomorrow. i tested it out for a week before that and it worked wonders.
it takes into account basic macronutrients, variety etc.

it's basically what you're doing. cutting out carbs by focusing on grilled fish/chicken which is once or twice a week, and supplementing with more fatty things such as cheese in between those days, so i can keep variety up and still have a certain calorie goal throughout each day of the week, with the daily intake slightly fluctuating, hitting the lowest point midweek.
it's a pretty radical calorie cut, but i'm making sure i don't get anemic or anything like that so it's just fine.

i'm also using that to track weekly expenses so i can have a proper idea of my monthly spendings on food.

no, the quadrupled consumption already is 4-5 a day, up from 0-2. i couldn't smoke a pack a day if i tried.

Sounds awesome. Have you tried using some more fatty meats? I vastly prefer leaner ones taste wise, but I will say stuff like chicken, lean fish and turkey don't fill me up very much. Instead I've been /trying/ to eat more salmon, chilean seabass, and pompanos when it comes to fish, and I'm not big on steak but at lunch I'll try to eat something other than chicken and have maybe some salami or at least dark meat chicken.

What's your height, weight and calorie intake limit?

I've been eating more cheese also. I really like Kerrygold Dubliner. I'd like to eat some natural peanut butter, but I can't find anything to put it on. I guess I could just eat it out of the jar...

That is very little! Lowest I've been for long periods of time was 1400. What made you decide to go to so little calories? Do you have a time crunch or some date you are trying to make a goal by?

i had two time constraints that i placed on myself actually, one was on my birthday (april 28th), and since that's looking REALLY unlikely now due to my carelessness i'd like to get to my goal weight by summer.

it is a bit intimidating, and i don't like hanging around the store in the same place for very long so i tend to just go by their advertised fat percentage and within a certain financial limit. that was i try a bunch of new ones every time too.
