What issues are you expecting?
I'd say gloves probably have the most benefit of all from being chlorinated as they have lots of surface area in contact with skin, causing friction, so chlorination makes 'em much easier to put on. Plus, not having lube slathered all over them is nice because you don't smear it all over everything else you touch.
If it's grip you're worried about, for most things, it's similar to dry skin (except other chlorinated latex, which can be a little bit slippery).
