Are you sure they were latex? I can not recall any boots with buckles or laced up front that were made of latex. There are boots that are made of latex, but adding buckles etc is not common.
Check Ebay for a Polish manufacturer, or better crafted by Ledapol. These are latex, but without buckles of lacing.

I'll go by how I got mine started.

I don't know if they're the longest, but I know that gloves from Catalyst Latex are fairly long, and definitely longer than from The Latex Store. I think I remember reading somewhere they are about 26 inches long, but I'm not sure if I'm remembering right or making that up. I do remember they were plenty long for me (and I'm very lanky) but I don't have them anymore to get a measurement.
