White/caucasian is the standard, white man's burden and so on. I remember some piece on the daily show with Roy Wood jr about racism in the porn industry. It wouldn't surprise me if black guys fucking white women is a genre more popular with white men then black men. I think the whole "blacked" thing is some sort of expression for a raw and naturalistic sex because we regard black men as less civilized which makes it dangerous and exciting. While Asian men (at least of the middle class and higher in north east asia) regard themselves as equal to whites because they have also built modern societies, I don't think they find the same excitement as with blacks. And regardless of what white would think about asians, the general stereotype about them being shorter and having small penises doesn't make them the least bit exciting. Subjugating women from all the other races to prove you're top dog however is.
So basically while whites and Asians like having sex with each other's women to prove their dominance black people are not allowed to be viewed in the same manner.
If we're strictly talking about JAV I can't think of a better explanation than racism that Japanese men like seeing Japanese women fucked by black guys but not by white guys. Correction, I meant to write "Japanese men" in this sentence, white men fucking Japanese girls is basically non-existent in Japanese productions, and only a few Americans productions would go through the trouble to actually go to Japan for Japanese girls when they could just get cheap first or second generation continental Asian girls in America, dress them up in a Kimono and call it "Asian". Just look at Hollywood proper, at how many Japanese characters, women and male, are played by Americans of Chinese or Korean descent.
