Good evening, welcome to another carathread!
It's been a lovely day, hasn't it? Come hang out.
FAQ
>who is she and what does she do? i would google her but i doubt it would be worth the effort.
Cara Delevingne is primarily occupied with being the #1 qtpie waifu and stealing hearts of men and women. Other her hobbies include changing the world of fashion forever and being a pretty good actress.
>what makes Cara the #1 qtpie waifu?
there is the obvious unprecedented beauty and cuteness, and then there is the adorable and lovely personality http://imgur.com/a/2qH90
>what about the rumors that she's a coalburner?
There is currently no evidence supporting the claim that she ever engaged in sex with any other black person than Jourdan Dunn.
>What the fuck is wrong with her eyebrows?
Literally nothing, they're gorgeous.
>How do I pronounce her name?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOCO51-ApLE
>Can I post other waifus on /cara/?
The waifus that are /cara/-approved are: Kaya Scodelario, Mirukawa, Kristen Stewart and Barbara Palvin. We always encourage Caraposting instead of other-approved-waifu-posting.
CARA
Tought it was a bit early to check... feels good man !

right on time! how are you?

Good ! Friday i want to Siena, comfy city, a really old and nice historic center. The sun was a killer though.
When i came back, i checked my mails, just in case. Four answers from schools and companies, the first one i read is an acceptance for a course i wanted, felt great even if it is not a great city but felt even better when the three others were refusals. It was close.
The good thing is i avoid private school and all the bullshit that come with it.
And you my good lad ?
>>16862334
>Good ! Friday i want to Siena, comfy city, a really old and nice historic center.
i love old towns. the old districts here in vienna are beautiful to navigate, impressive architecture all around. glad you had fun, sorry about the heat!
also congratulations on the acceptance letter, glad to hear you can avoid all the bullshit you mentioned the last time. smooth sailing from here, right?
>And you my good lad ?
really not a whole lot. i've been out walking in the evening a lot, sending out job applications and generally relaxing and doing the things i had no time for during classes. i've been feeling great though, like i've shed my skin of stress and uncertainty.
that race tho..
NO RACE SPOILERS PLS
should i just leave the thread now if you guys are gonna talk about it?
>>16862369
>should i just leave the thread now if you guys are gonna talk about it?
i won't spoiler anything, but no guarantees for the others! all i can say is that it was very exciting midfield racing. also obligatory god dammit palmer
>>16862342
>smooth sailing from here, right?
I hope, no reason i fuck up this year... but acceptance in Master is not automatic so I will need good grades.
>walking in the evening a lot
Catching them all ? :D
>feeling great
Nice, as long as your job hunt doesn't last too long, you're fine.
>i've shed my skinof stress and uncertainity
Must feel great, might be done in a few months for me.
Brb working a bit in my workaway, i leave tomorrow as i don't suit their hopes, currently in Tuscany btw, i think you asked last time and didn't get the answer.
>>16862376
i'm just gonna try to watch it now and come back later
>>16862309
that's a great pic, can you post the original?
>>16862380
>I hope, no reason i fuck up this year... but acceptance in Master is not automatic so I will need good grades.
you can do it! fingers crossed for you
>Catching them all ? :D
sometimes, not always. the last time i went out for "a walk" to play pokemon go i didn't return for a solid 6 hours
>i leave tomorrow as i don't suit their hopes
how do you mean?
>currently in Tuscany btw, i think you asked last time and didn't get the answer.
yeah, i asked last time.
>>16862392
sure!
so what level are y'all on pokemon go? i'm pretty addicted and have already spent too much money desu
>>16862380
>currently in Tuscany
what is it you're doing there? some kind of farming?
>>16862494
>so what level are y'all on pokemon go?
level 14. i've been taking it pretty comfy since the last time i went out to explore i overdid it by quite a lot. i've got a pretty swole aerodactyl though.
> i'm pretty addicted and have already spent too much money desu
i've spent a total of 15€ so far. gotta be reasonable with online microtransactions.
>>16862409
>the last time i went out for "a walk" to play pokemon go i didn't return for a solid 6 hours
wew lad
>how do you mean?
They expect some guy with passion for this, they told me when they remove bad herbs it's like meditation for them. So a kind of hippies idk.
To give an idea, the maybe 20 persons before me were all vegetarians. So that's not for the average guy. I'm also too closed, shy. Whatever, baxk to France, gotta prepare the next year.
>>16862494
Officially helping in the stables and garden. I cleaned the garden, harvested some vegetables, preparing the soil, cleaned the stables.
You can check workaway on internet if you want to know more about this
>>16862504
>i overdid it by quite a lot
You mean physically? I did the same, and it was really hot so I almost gave myself heatstroke
>>16862510
>You can check workaway on internet if you want to know more about this
I have been looking in previous weeks, I was just curious to know what you specifically had decided on.
>I'm also too closed, shy
This is what makes me reluctant to try it. If they just want someone to work then I can do that, but if they want a companion or someone to entertain them, I really can't help :(
>>16862518
>You mean physically? I did the same, and it was really hot so I almost gave myself heatstroke
yeah, i was out for 3 hours, came home for 15mins and out again for another 3 hours. pretty sunburnt, feeling awful etc.
kinda worth it though. i saw a lot of great places i haven't bothered with before.
>>16862518
In the end, they're nice and the food was good.
Their problem is that it's not a farm to make money, it's to live.
I think you can be shy with other offers, but really not this one. Anyway it's not that bad, at least you would have tried. In your case i would say to try first with someone not far, to avoid wasting money in the journey to go there.
>tfw a lot of qt grill had shirts that show their tummy in Siena.
>>16862525
>kinda worth it though. i saw a lot of great places i haven't bothered with before.
for sure. i don't think i have been this enthusiastic about anything in my life since pokemon first came out
>>16862540
you have a great attitude, are you gonna be applying for others now? i will probably try to find some in scandinavia since i can fly there pretty cheaply
>>16862546
>for sure. i don't think i have been this enthusiastic about anything in my life since pokemon first came out
i think it's fantastic that it not only revives certain places in the city that i like, but you can also socialize a good bit.
the last time i put out a lure module, i had eight people come over to me. most are pretty shy but you can get a conversation going.
>>16862553
what are the demographics like in your area? in my town it seems to be almost exclusively young teenagers, so it feels weird to be talking to them as a grown adult
>>16862546
>are you gonna be applying for others now?
Might try, but not for this summer. Could not have other possibilities soon but I'll see.
Could be easier if my current host don't fuck my shit up in the feedback btw.
Also, I visited a few cities, some really fast so it's not wasted time.
If you're really motivated, you will have offers, you could ask them if being shy is a problem and still find something in the end.
>>16862553
What is a module ? Never played for now.
hellooooooo
>>16862558
>what are the demographics like in your area?
from what i have seen, mostly couples in their mid to late 20's, and some adolescent guys.
sometimes there's a bunch of 16-20 year old girls but they tend to just stick to themselves and leave when the lure runs out.
>>16862560
>What is a module ? Never played for now.
basically, different landmarks in your area are "pokestops" where you can get some free things like pokeballs and attach a lure module that brings pokemon to your location, so people congregate there since everyone benefits.
>>16862561
oh hi dutchbro! how goes it?
>>16862566

Hey /cara/bros! How was your week?
I've been starting to cook a bit. Made tostadas last night. Trying to keep everything healthy but interesting.
>>16862587
don't really want to say as of yet, maybe next week if its sorted (or not)
>>16862593
hello carabro
>tostadas
looks good, but how do you eat it? looks like if you try to roll it up, everything will spill out
>>16862593
man, she looks like a baby here and it was only a few years ago. i wonder what she will look like at 40.
>>16862593
my week's been chill, hope yours was lovely as well!
>I've been starting to cook a bit.
i should really start learning how to cook as well. past the basic stuff anyway..
>>16862604
Funny you should mention that, it is a bit of a trick. I think with smaller tortillas you can just pick it up, but I used larger. So I kind of cut it and ate it like a pizza.
It was a first try, I might post on /ck/ about it in a bit and see how much they make fun of me. I've been lurking there a bit so not sure if I'm proper to make a thread about something I made.
>>16862611
I think for all women the change between 19-20 and 23 is very significant. By 24 they look much more mature in facial structure and so forth. Cara also had some baby features that stuck around for a while.
>>16862620
Yeah, I've been living with my dad (at almost 31 years old) so he has been helping me. I make him eat pretty healthy and he kind of pushes for some flavor, so it's a balance. We've been trying to eat more interesting healthy things.
>>16862621
any particular reason why you're living with your dad? i know many cultures stay at home for a long time, but i'm just wondering.
>We've been trying to eat more interesting healthy things.
it definitely sounds fantastic. now i'm pretty hungry..
Do my Carabros have some good habit for a healthy lifestyle ? I thought of the few things already, but i'd like to have more of them.
I don't want another year where i wake up like a zombie... i want to feel better overall ;_;
>>16862637
i've recently started because i was getting quite chubby and had a sore back all the time so i unlocked my desk chair so i strengthen my back (i think) and stopped buying sweets and other fat makers, it's going well so far
>>16862634
>any particular reason why you're living with your dad? i know many cultures stay at home for a long time, but i'm just wondering.
A main reason is cost. I live in an expensive city, and the only way to live nice is to spend a lot of money in rent. His house is very big so I can live in the guest wing for nothing and save all my money. I want to buy a house.
It's still embarrassing though when people ask (outside of 4chan anyways).
>>16862637
Lose weight and eat a nutritious diet plan. Get exercise. Get 15min of sun each day. Also take a multivitamin. Keep a good, steady, sleep schedule. I struggle with feeling good also, but, those things have helped me make some progress there. Don't drink caffeine after 9am, don't abuse alcohol (a drink or two is fine, take some nights off and mostly just have one), don't use drugs.
>>16862634
is that a bazooka?
>>16862637
>Do my Carabros have some good habit for a healthy lifestyle ?
i'm not sure how deep it goes. i myself have struggled with clinical depression before and it made it hard to get up in the morning, there was just no reason to be awake. obviously since then my outlook has changed but things tend to creep back and bite you in the ass.
for me, the biggest thing was having a good schedule. waking up at the same times early in the morning and sticking to a proper routine of things to do after waking up like having some healthy breakfast and making sure to stretch.
other than that.. i don't know, mostly just being particular about what you eat and getting enough exercise. if you're a person who needs to socialize a lot, add that as well.
>>16862650
>is that a bazooka?
i'm just happy to see you
(i think it's a carrying case for large paper / blueprints since she is an architecture student)
Darn it, late again :(
>>16862648
>It's still embarrassing though when people ask (outside of 4chan anyways).
i don't think it is, that's very sound reasoning.
speaking of buying a house, my grandfather moved into a nursing home and he has a small house on a mountain in my old hometown (seriously, the view is to die for and it's super quiet since there are only two other houses on the whole thing)
a month ago, my mother got a call informing her that the property that that house stands on was actually never meant to be built upon, so the entire thing is only worth 33k, BUT if someone were to buy it, they could sort of "reclaim" the property as building ground without much additional cost.
estimates are that if we were to buy this house and renovate it, we could flip it for 500k+. i think i'm gonna convince my mom to buy it up and then help her renovate with her boyfriend's kids as well as my sister's fiancé.
>>16862659
don't you worry! how are you?

there's a few others, but if you're interested in that kind of thing, feels nice to bond with other carabros about it too. speaking of which, did the other carabro finish watching the race?
>>16862676
hope i could help.
>>16862677
>did the other carabro finish watching the race?
on lap 65, doesn't look like much will change between now and the end though. can't believe rosberg is letting this championship slip away after getting such a big lead.
>>16862682
>on lap 65, doesn't look like much will change between now and the end though.
yeah, it won't.
i felt so bad for palmer, first big break in the season and then he overdrives it.
that pit lane overtake especially was really beautiful, just what he needed on a track where you can basically only pass on turn 1 and 2. felt awful for button too.
>can't believe rosberg is letting this championship slip away after getting such a big lead.
i'm just not sure how it happened, maybe the internal conflict prompted toto wolff to make some sort of regulation between the two since they just kept getting into each other's way.
>tfw you feel bad removing people on fb
>>16862707
how come you're removing them?
>>16862690
agreed on both button & palmer. after throwing away perhaps the only opportunity for points this season, palmer will have to do something incredible now to keep his seat in my opinion.
i've been itching to get back on pokemon go, so i'm going out for a walk now, see you soon carabros
>>16862711
While I almost do nothing on fb, I like to keep the number of friends low.
So I removed one account of all the people in double account, and some of the people that were more like a bully than a friend.
>>16862713
>after throwing away perhaps the only opportunity for points this season, palmer will have to do something incredible now to keep his seat in my opinion.
hate to say it since i do like seeing him but i have to agree. that spin was 100% his fuckup and i feel like the situation simply got into his head.
>i've been itching to get back on pokemon go, so i'm going out for a walk now, see you soon carabros
enjoy! i'm pacing 1:50:9 on Spa in the 2013 F1, gonna keep going until i have sub-1:50 and then i'll stop. that should put me ~top 30.

I love when she wears glasses. Look great on her.
I've been thinking of getting the LASIK or whatever the other one is surgery for my eyes. Probably going to do that this year.
I'm tired of wearing and worrying about contacts, and glasses suck here because the sun is so bright so have to take two pair all the time.

>how much does it cost? i thought contacts would fix all my problems but i'm in the same boat
I think it is about 4-5,000USD complete when I looked. Cheaper some places, but I want to go to Bascom Palmer.
I probably spend 800 bucks a year on contacts, plus every few years need new regular glasses (primary and backup) and sunglasses which ends up being another 700-1000 bucks all said and done, so it would pay for itself fairly quickly.

jesus, yeah i can see why you're considering it even though it's 5 grand. i never spend more than 300 a year.
i bet it's gonna feel seriously liberating to never need glasses again.
>>16862805
Recently met someone that did this operation, she was very happy, the only downside is the medics you have to put in your eyes for the next weeks
>>16862836
Yeah, I'll let you guys know when I get it done and how much it actually costs. I plan on scheduling soon to see if I'm a candidate. There are two different kinds, PRK and LASIK... not sure which I'd be ideal for.
>>16862839
Awesome. I hear there are some possible downsides like dry eyes and starbursts but going to check into it deeper to see if I'm at a higher risk for that.
If I'm good I'll probably go for it.
