If you want to go full autism mode, you can get some surgical (like proper surgical ones, sterile and everything) gloves in a few sizes close to your measurements (as they are always in numbered sizes and are made to fit well, etc. and usse that to determine exactly what size you want.

I wish everyone would just use numbered sizes as this causes it to vary between sellers... one 's medium isanother's small, and so on... ugh.

Not really an opinion here, but here's some things...
I have purchased latex briefs from eurocatsuits, and sure they lasted a while, but ultimately broke (tore starting from an edge). The edges were not doubled-over (like on cuffs, etc) like i see common for other places.
My other 3x pieces were from a different vendor (who DID double-over the edges) and 2x of those are still flawless. the first did tear in a few places, but i believe it was mis-use (wearing a back-zip catsuit as a front-zip).
Just my experience.
However the guy running things from eurocatsuits seemed quite professional, so I should probably give them another go one day.

You could have that repaired though it may not be as aesthetically pleasing as they initially were. Another option is custom made articles, if you're into rough play. It's possible to reinforce edges and seems further by adding a layer of cotton fabric between the two Latex sheets. The downside is that it doesn't stretch so much. Normally the technique is used to reinforce Latex when using eyelets or other accessories that sit within the latex but it can be used in a variety of ways.

Yeah, I had chlorinated it myself, and any attempted repairs were nullified as nothing stuck to the chlorinated surfaces.

My point was more-so that most of the pictures i see here DO have that doubling-over of latex on the edges, where the eurocatsuits piece didn't have it. I just assumed it was an expected part of manufacture.

Doubling over does reinforce the edges but not doing it adds to the aesthetic and gives a smoother finish. From my experience (and i will be careful what i saw here because on the last thread i got a torrent of abuse) you are more likely to get the doubling over in commercial products and not in photo shoots. Any outfits that we produce for fashion or photoshoots aren't really built for day to day use and are for one off use and are sometimes given to models for tfp.
