To be fair, he was talking about seeing her in person, and not her photoshoots where she's all dolled up.
There's the webcam video she put out where she's not wearing any makeup and she looks really different compared to her picture sets or other videos. So, I can see where he can say that.

That's probably not going to happen, unfortunately.
Her boob size seems to fluctuate based on her weight. There were some months where she had lost some weight and her boobs shrank also. They grew back and then some when she got knocked up, but now she seems to be getting back to trying to lose weight and her boobs are shrinking again ;_;
