frustrated and numb at the same time. i've been trapped in my own head for about a decade and have been working shit out by getting piss drunk and monologing to myself. the weird thing is that without anyone else to talk to or empathize with me, the strawmen i create in my mind have really helped me come to some stark realizations about why i am this way and i've actually started to piece together what went wrong and where it started. who needs therapy?
