There isn't a time restriction when I drink can be morning-night, I tend to drink most days but only get shitfaced couple days a week

Define healthy. I was functional and have had blood tests showing my liver is just fine but the weight gain is horrific. I went from 130-140lbs to 210lbs (60kg to 97kg). I also switched from beer to wine at one point. I'd drink two bottles a day, it always got me more drunk than hard liquor or beer but after doing it for weeks my shit was black and I'd get horrible nausea/stomach pains for a day.

I'd recommend you stop drinking though. I drank as a form of escapism and it worked but other things work better. The first week is so fucking hard but it gets easy as you get further along. You remember how good it feels to be sober and you start wondering why the fuck you ever drank in the first place.

Also you get to avoid being fat.

I was sedentary and a smoker. And I'm an ectomorph (although this has nothing to do with weight gain). When you sit around and drink all day you can easily get in 3000+ calories of alcohol per day. You still have to eat. Although it did take me 2-3 years to get to 97kg. It was a gradual gain that I never even noticed until I'd gained 20kg. I didn't even notice the next 10kg either until I stepped on the scale.

Yeah. I go through at least a fifth of whiskey a day. The first thing I do in the morning is drink. I'm still functional now, but that probably won't last long.

I wouldnt say so. I drink coffee with liqueur in the morning and 4/5 bourbon shots or 2 bloody mary depending how am I feeling daily for about 4 years. I could stop pretty easily which why I wouldnt consider myself one.

yeah I started a few years ago and it's already taken a toll. My kidneys hurt, my lower back always hurts, patches of my skin are now a darker color for no discernible reason. I believe honestly i'll be dead in 10-15 years tops
