Majority of my dreams are usually "nightmares", as in social anxiety, being killed, killing, being chased and so on. I like nightmares, but maybe 10-20% of those nightmares wake me up covered in sweat, freaking out and shit. Even better is the sleep paralysis, but that's only a handful of times a year.
