I'm currently doing exposure therapy for experiences with bipolar disorder and OCD. Having a very difficult time not obsessing about it, and I'm sure the alcohol is a means of coping. I want to process everything and deal with it in a healthy way but the anxiety and obsession is so fucking difficult to deal with, I feel like I need the crutch.
