If you want to go to college (and you SHOULD) then you still have options.

You need to start by filling out your FAFSA. The sooner the better. Just take a rough guess if your parents refuse to tell you their financial situation. You can always correct it later if necessary.

Then you should meet with the financial aid department of your community college. Explain your situation and ask how you can get your parents income off your application so that you can get a pell grant and a good aid package. You should tell them that you're interested in doing "work study".

Next, you'll want to go to the counseling department and get a meeting with a counselor. Explain your situation and ask them what social services/resources are available for homeless students in your situation. It may be the case that they cannot help you until you are already homeless.

Finally, you will want to get on the waitlist for HUD housing ASAP, because many of the low-income housing options have long wait times.

If your city doesn't have sufficient resources to accommodate your needs and provide you with opportunities, then you should shop around your options and explore the options in a socialist utopia like Northern California.
