anyways, i can only tell you, obviously, not to give up. telling yourself you will never be happy if you havent taken every necessary step is not really truthful

if you cant find yourself enjoying any of the things youve tried you either need to stick closer to what you know and deconstruct the reasons why you dont enjoy them, or you need to go to a therapist/psychiatrist since its always possible you have a chemical imbalance
