Like I said in my post, I have social anxiety AND paranoia. Like whenever I get a job I feel like everyone is conspiring against me which makes me have no choice but to quit.

The longer it goes on the more intense it gets. To the point where I think everyone in the company from the millionaire CEO's down to the lowest janitor are all in a plot out to get me. I here them constantly talking about me, stalking me online, driving past me on the streets, etc.

Its definitely delusional thinking and sitting here right now I know its not real. But when I am at work it feels 100% real and I am convinced that there is some giant conspiracy out to get me. At one point a few years back I was even convinced that everyone on the planet but me could read minds and was telepathic and were all always reading my thoughts and telepathically speaking to one another laughing at me about the things I think.

One time I saw this random dude on a city bus and I thought he was one of the main people orchestrating the plot against me and I physically attacked him but luckily I ran away before the cops showed up.

The problem is that when Im in a nonstressed situation like right now I know that its all just bullshit in my head. But when I'm under stress I believe the delusions are real.
