I sort of felt genuine despair when I witnessed that, seeing a kid like that dressed in slutwear. Makes me wonder if her mum knew she was out wearing that shit and if she cared or not. I live in a bit of a chav infested area but I know that if my sister was that age and went out wearing something like that my mum, dad, or both would scream her stupid and probably ground her.
