Remove "fembot" threads.

This improves the /r9k/ board drastically.

The single thing r9k needs is thread-specific ID's. It allows us to ignore normies\roasties\shitposters, and it saves us from having to write "not him" constantly. It's one way to actually increase the intelligence of the board.
