Does anyone else here hate really forced normal social shit?
Like for example eating dinner with someone else's parents and you have to say the right things and be polite and use the fucking special cheese knife or someshit is like my worst nightmare.
I always feel like I'm being judged endlessly and can't be myself.
one time i went to ihop with some coworkers and this one black chick stopped the conversation to point out that i cut into my crepes really weird. i hate that that has to be a thing. i don't know the normie way to cut into food.

Never had the pleasure of eating with someones parents. Why not lie to get out of it?

This sounds like a normie problem
I don't mind doing it if it's something that benefits the other person, but half of the time I can see that they don't want to be doing it either and I don't know why we're both forcing this stupid conversation neither of us want to be having.
Dont sweat it, most people don't care

The only thing that's more impolite than doing something wrong is pointing it out in these situations.

I always assumed normies get some kind of sick pleasure out of knowing they are better at socializing than "that retard who used the dessert fork to eat the chicken"

Knowing what cutlery to use is retardedly easy since you just use them in order, the ones furthest from the plate first

It's not so much that I can't do it, it's more that it just feels like way too much rules for something that's meant to be fun?
I'd rather sit on the couch playing Xbox with a friend and eating pizza or someshit
